What to Expect

Our goal is to have you in the line-up area by the "Line Up At..." time listed above. But please arrive by the "Arrive By..." time, because we will start your division early if things are running ahead of schedule. It is also possible that despite our best efforts your competition will start later than the time listed above, so please be prepared for that.

These are estimated times and can change as the day progresses.

Please be ready to report to the line-up area at least 30 minutes before the time listed above in case we are ready to start your competition early. And as always, please understand that your competition may start later than the time listed above.

Creative/Xtreme competition will occur after Traditional competition is complete.

Once in the line-up area, groups will be called by age first (starting with youngest) and then by rank (starting with lowest). It may take 10 minutes or more to clear out for the next group, so please be patient and plan accordingly.

To stay updated on the schedule as the day progresses, text @ata107 to 81010.

Black belts: If your competition is not completed in the morning then it will happen later in the day.

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We hope you have a fantastic time.
