Senior Master Jordan Schreiber, the chief instructor for Master Schreiber's ATA Martial Arts, is a 7th degree black belt with over 30 years of martial arts experience and over 25 years of experience teaching Taekwondo.
He has developed a life skills and leadership skills curriculum that draws on both his extensive martial arts experience and his elite education: He has a BA from Harvard, a JD (magna cum laude) from Harvard Law School, and a PhD from Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
Master Schreiber's passion for serving children springs from his upbringing in an family that included 14 children, 10 of them adopted. (For more on Team PRIDE, see this Contra Costa Times article.)
Master Schreiber began training at age 9 in Taos, New Mexico. On June 27, 2008, during a traditional ceremony that followed a year of intensive preparation, he became a Master.
